The safety of the trainee is our top priority.

It is therefore important to us to inform our customers and warn them not to buy cheap imitations and counterfeits of our devices. Please take extra care to purchase gym80 devices only from trustworthy sources, as counterfeits are now being offered on the relevant websites. Customers are being lured in with unrealistically low prices, whereby industry experts are already receiving clear indications that the devices on offer cannot be original gym80 products.

These products do not meet our standards, are not safe and are not manufactured according to EU standards. They therefore violate applicable product safety laws and regulations, which poses incalculable risks, particularly in the event of training accidents resulting in injury, both for operators of sports facilities and ultimately for users.

In your own interest, we recommend our customers and interested parties to contact us at any time if the origin of the devices offered cannot be clearly determined. We are of course happy to advise you and would like to protect our customers, partners, interested parties and all trainers from any physical, financial and reputational damage.

Please also note that it may be illegal and even punishable by law to offer counterfeit and pirated products in the course of business, at the latest in the case of resale.

In this case, there would be a trademark infringement according to §14 II MarkenG or even a punishable trademark infringement according to § 143 MarkenG.
