By expanding our production facilities by more than 15,000 square metres to over 40,000 square metres – with a further 10,000 square metres planned – we are not only keeping our finger on the pulse of the times, but also sending a clear signal of our commitment to Germany as our production location. Our investments in cutting-edge technology and the further development of our manufacturing processes go hand in hand with our commitment to traditional craftsmanship. In this way, we are not only creating fitness equipment of unrivalled quality and durability, but also new jobs for talented professionals.
In the future, we will have more state-of-the-art production facilities, including new welding robots, 6 powder coating lines, 7 laser lines, 2 powder ovens and numerous loading bays. This will enable even faster delivery of products worldwide.

Our priority is on processes that minimize the amount of material waste and ensure responsible use of our resources. One example of this is the recycling of surplus powder in our powder plant, which ensures sustainable use and recycling.
